Who we are
The contradiction check is run by Sarsa Formation OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 17290516, Lõõtsa tn 1a, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia. Write to sana@muoto.xyz about anything here.
What the check does
You give us a document: pasted text, or a .txt, .md, .docx or .pdf file of up to 15,000 words. An AI model reads it and looks for contradictions, which are two passages in the same document that cannot both hold.
Before we show you a contradiction, we check that both of its passages appear in your document word for word. Where one does not, we leave that contradiction out, and we tell you how many we left out.
What is free
The number of contradictions we found, and the most serious one in full: both passages side by side, where each one sits in your document, and one sentence on why they cannot both hold. The AI model ranks the contradictions by the harm each could do if a reader followed the wrong passage, and the free view shows the one it ranks first.
What €4 buys
For the one document you checked:
- Every other contradiction we found, and for each one, including the free one, our suggestion for which passage should stand.
- A repaired copy. For each one you pick which passage stands, or take our suggestion, and download the corrected text with every change marked, and a clean copy without the marks.
- A second check of the repaired copy, at no extra charge, for up to three different repaired copies. It shows which of the contradictions you changed were not found again, which are still there, and anything new. It is another reading by the same kind of AI model: a contradiction it does not find again is likely fixed, not certainly.
The repaired copy is plain text. Formatting from a Word file or a PDF is not kept. You can use the paid results until the document is deleted, 24 hours after you uploaded it, so download the repaired copy before then.
Price and payment
The price is €4 for one document, paid once by card through Stripe. There is no account and no subscription. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added: €4 is the full price.
A document with less than an hour left before it is deleted can no longer be unlocked. Check it again to start a fresh 24 hours.
Your right of withdrawal: a full refund within 14 days
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of paying, without giving any reason. This holds even after you have seen the results and downloaded the repaired copy.
To withdraw, write to sana@muoto.xyz before the 14 days are over and say that you withdraw. The link to your results, or the email address you paid with, helps us find the payment. You may use the model form at the end of these terms, but you do not have to.
We refund the full €4 within 14 days of receiving your mail, to the card you paid with. The refund costs you nothing.
If what we deliver is faulty, you also keep the rights the law gives you for faulty digital content.
Your document
Upload only a document you are allowed to share with us and with our AI provider. We use it only to run the check, show you the results, make the repaired copy you ask for and check that copy again.
We delete your document and its results 24 hours after you upload it. Until then, anyone with the link to your results can see them, so share the link only with people who may. The privacy notice says who else handles your document, and for how long.
What the check is not
The check is automated. It can miss a contradiction, and it can flag two passages that a closer reading reconciles. Our suggestions and the repaired copy are drafts: read them before you rely on them. The check is not legal, financial or other professional advice.
Liability
If we are liable to you, our liability is limited to what you paid for the document concerned, except where the law does not allow it to be limited, such as for harm we cause on purpose or through gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
Complaints and the law
Write to sana@muoto.xyz with any complaint, and we answer within 15 days. If we cannot agree, you can take the complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (www.ttja.ee).
These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
